Terms of Use — EnergoKolo

1. General Provisions

EnergoKolo platform (hereinafter — "Service") provides users with the opportunity to participate in buying, selling, and investing in electricity generation. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration and Account

To access full functionality, you need to create an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information. Administration has the right to block an account in case of violations or fraud attempts.

3. Interface Languages

The Service supports multiple interface languages (Russian, Ukrainian, English). Language priority is determined by user or browser settings.

4. Use of the Platform

The user agrees not to use the platform for illegal activities. Interfering with the Service, hacking, or data tampering is prohibited. Participants agree to comply with the applicable laws of their country.

5. Transaction Terms

All transactions are concluded between participants (buyers, generators, investors). The Service is not responsible for the fulfillment of obligations between transaction parties. Commissions and transaction conditions are specified separately when creating a deal.

6. Payments and Fees

The Service may charge fees for certain services. The user agrees to pay all fees specified when making transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". EnergoKolo is not liable for losses caused by use or inability to use the platform.

8. Data Protection

All data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to the processing of personal data necessary to provide services.

9. Changes to the Terms

The administration reserves the right to change the terms of use. The current version is always available on the site.
